Our mobile pizza van is available to hire for all types of events. We can cater for any type of occasion from small gatherings to large events. If you are planning a party, corporate event, wedding or private event we can offer an amazing buffet style service that will ensure your guests have a tasty dining experience.
Our wood fired oven can cook pizzas in just 90 secs so wait times are low and we can provide food to suit all dietary requirements including, Gluten-Free, Vegan and Vegetarian options.
ABOUT US
Strada pizza was born in 2023 but our pizza background doesn’t just start there. We have been stretching, handcrafting and topping pizzas now for 5 years in our restaurant “Puro Pizzeria”. Back in 2018 we took the leap into the unknown by opening our first woodifred pizza restaurant in Airdrie, Lanarkshire. We quickly built a reputation for merging quality produce and hard work to ensure our pizzas stood out from the rest.
Skip forward 5 years and we decided it was time to spread the joy of our pizza and get on the road. We sourced our van and flew down to Essex to pick up what we hoped to be our next chapter. After a few gruelling months of sourcing equipment and calling on a few skilled trades we eventually got there.
We have spent time learning our craft and even more time ensuring we provide the best services to our customers. If you are on the lookout for something different for your event and what experienced and passionate people on board then don’t hesitate to get in touch.
OUR RESTAURANT
Puro Pizzeria is our sit-in and takeaway venue, located in Airdrie. Established 2018 we have been providing wood fired pizza from our handcrafted pizza oven, shipped direct from Naples for over 5 years now. We provide a relaxed atmosphere in which our guests can relax and enjoy pizza with a crisp beer or a smooth glass of wine. Table reservations are available on our sister website www.puropizza.co.uk
